Good food. Fries were cold. The fries don't seem much better than they used to be?

The BEST cheeseburger from a fast food restaurant that I've had in a long time. It was juicy with enough meat to taste, the lettuce and tomatoes were ripe and the perfect amount. They left the ketchup off like I asked. Most of the time, the fast food restaurants forget the special requests. Anyhow, the fries were awesome. They were cooked sufficiently to a golden brown without being overcooked or burnt. Additionally, FINALLY, fries that you could taste the salt on them, not too salty, just right.

Fries were cold and stale even though I ordered right when lunch had started. So what's up with that? I should be able to get FRESH FOOD. My burger wrapper had been tampered with. Took over 30 minutes for them to even start my order. This absolutely ridiculous. DO BETTER WENDY'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

drove all the way from townsville to enjoy some wendy’s. they screwed up my order and won’t even answer the phone to fix it. can’t wait to talk to the daytime manager. it was even a mobile order how do you screw that up?
