I've been dealing with this UPS Store for over 20 years. Ever since it got sold out to the new owners the service has tanked. It seems that every time I go in there there's a new person behind the counter, and they're usually alone. I was just in there and a lone female was behind the counter. Boxes were stacked and piled everywhere! There was a line out the door. I got my mail from my box and found a slip indicating that I had received a package. She looked all over and couldn't find it! She was very apologetic. The problem is that I was supposed to receive a special delivery with a large check there today and now I don't even know if it got there! It wasn't the girl's fault. Last week there was a brand-new person behind the desk all by herself and she said that she had had a new employee with her for 2 hours that morning...who then walked out on her! The place needs better MANAGEMENT!!!!!

Don't waste your time here, drive to Sherwood or Wilsonville locations. They are either closed during posted open hours or on a 30 minute "organize the store" closure during the middle of the day. 3 trips to this location in the past week and they were either closed every single time during posted open hours.

In the time that it took to mail my package I probably could've driven it to its destination myself. I've never waited longer than 20 minutes to mail a parcel until I stopped here. That's not even including the time I spent in line. Anything outside of an Amazon return, I'd suggest going somewhere else

Last summer, I dropped off a package for next-day delivery first thing in the morning but it was not delivered until the day after. I have repeatedly sought a refund, and while the staff has been polite enough in taking messages and making inquiries above their pay grade, I've received no response from management or owner to repeated phone calls and emails.
