Highly recommended however; you will only be able to see 2 waterfalls while Kayaking and one being very small. Staff was extremely polite and helpful, many places to stop on shore along your way and the entire area is totally breathtaking and picturesque. This is definitely a MUST DO!

Very great service. Very convenient location for campers! Definitely would recommend. We paid $35 each for 2 single kayaks, 4 hours. That was plenty of time to go out and explore/swim.

Such an adventure! We kayaked out to Wright Creek Falls. It was a long (roughly 10 miles) and hard trip but so worth it! The staff and kayaks were amazing. Next time we'll rent a boat to be able to explore more of the lake!

You can kayak to the cove with several small falls in a little over an hour. A four hour rental should give you enough time to enjoy the trip without rushing. We also offer guided pontoon tours of all of Jocassee.
