Cabinet peaks medical center has always been a great place to go for medical care. I've never had any problems with going there for my healthcare and the staff is very professional and also very kind. I can't think of anything bad about cabinet peaks medical center.

Having visited my personal physician, and paid my $15 copay, I received a separate bill from Cabinet Peaks hospital for $88 for, I was told, an outpatient clinic visit. Apparently hospitals have discovered a loophole in the Medicare regs that allows them to bill separately any time you dare to step into a clinic that they own. I fell into the same trap when I visited a neurologist at the pain clinic in Kalispell. Logan hospital sent me a separate $124 outpatient bill, over and above the $45 fee my Humana insurance requires for a specialist visit. So beware and do not choose a primary care provider or any specialist who works for a hospital owned clinic. ASK before you are seen.

I'm gonna start with the positive first Dr bell, Dr Williams, and the traveling obgyn nurse were amazing. They took very good care of us and jasiah and showed they cared.. Now to the negative, our day nurse over the weekend 25th-27th of September was Terrible so much so it effects this rating by 3 stars. She was very pushy at trying to get us out so much so that she messed up my son's birth certificate 3 times. Than when Dr Williams told us cause our kids a pukey baby to sit him up when he sleeps.. Well as soon as he left she got made at my fiance and told her to not do that and that it is dangerous for the baby. Well she's an RN and Dr Williams is our kids doctor. So she's below him and shouldn't have been over riding a Drs orders. I will be contacting someone about this care. Cause it was not okay. This is one in many issues that happened.

Gives the patients minimal care. Rude. They can't seem to send records or xrays to primary care doctors. Small time hospital with employees who have a superiority complex and care very little for people who need treatment. Shame on you Libby Montana.
