Manager HP is a hard worker and pitches in to make sure everything is done well. I also corresponded with Michelle (front desk) numerous times as I booked 15 rooms last December for a wedding party. All my interactions with everyone at this hotel were exceptional. They were very much committed to making sure our entire wedding party was satisfied. Super friendly and helpful people. Highly recommend!

The staff here are excellent and provided great service throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. There is a great patio out back with a fire pit that is wonderful for chilly nights. The atmosphere here was excellent and a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family. I would recommend this hotel to others wishing to stay in the area.

Whenever I am in town I prefer to stay at this hotel, love the friendly hospitality by the staff. The lobby is consistently clean and is decorated very nice. The elevator, halls and the rooms are also consistently clean, no unpleasant odor. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is worth getting up for. The only complaint I have is the location of the entrance and to the hotel. If you are coming from Easley towards 85 in the dark, it's hard to see the entrance, especially since the entrance is on an incline. Having a light or some type of reflectors I'm sure will help. If you are coming from 85 north is difficult to get to the entrance because of merging traffic coming from 85 south. I actually had to drive pass the hotel because it was unsafe to get over to the right to the entrance of the hotel.

I paid $136. I'd flown in overnight, was exhausted. Bed was really comfortable, good selection of pillows and I was able to find one I liked. Window coverings blocked out nearly all the daylight so I was able to get to sleep during the day. I did not hear any noise from the road, hallway, or next room. Really grateful for being able to get some good rest. The breakfast is the standard holiday inn breakfast, it's pretty basic and not good, but no different than any other holiday inn. Room was very clean. Shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty
