Layed back place the management will not take your money unless you owe rent or damage the apts and out of a 22 page lease agreement if you can't follow aleast 3 main things out of your agreement your payment will be stoped then you would be given 30days to move or if you choose to stay longer without moving you will be eviction period

I’ve lived here a few days now and I think it’s perfect between the management and the maintenance man keeping everything fixed and cleaned up its a great place to bring your kids to live all are just two bedrooms and 1.5 baths but it’s plenty for myself and my friends and two big dogs
