Hours say close at 3pm but when doing through drive thru at 2:28pm, she says “sorry we close at 2pm”. Since when does DD close so early? Lame

I eat Dunkin ALOT Please tell me why this is the WORST location and have to literally go out of my way to find a Dunkin’ that doesn’t ruin my meal/ drink every time I go. My get tips if this wasn’t the slowest/ worst DD app m town

This location is problematic at best. Slow, inconsistent service is the general level of service. Knowing this, I try to be patient. Went there this morning (Sunday around 8:30am). Only a few cars in front if me. Got up to order screen very quickly. The worker started shouting through the intercom so quickly that I could not understand anything she was saying (as fast as terms and conditions at the end of a commercial). Clearly this is her schtick and turned a simple transaction into confusion. I drove off without completing my order and went to location near Clark Rd on 41. Amazing service...quick and polite. Forget Bee Ridge and go to this one.

Went to buy a croissant sweet bacon sandwich, no bread so they put on a bagel and ONLY 1/2 a piece and a quarter piece of bacon! Ridiculous!!!
