Plaza needs to be cleaned & maintained. No security there, but the funky people panhandling are. Not bad overall, just old.

It only took them about 15 years to fix the sinkholes in the parking lot. Always dirty and not well maintained. It has some nice shops, but it is consistently not full of them. Who wants to lease their business location from a slumlord?
