Great place for lunch. We were in downtown at lunchtime and gave Mattison's a try. Even though it was a hot day and they have outdoor dining only, the experience was very pleasant. There are big fans for air movement and it's all under an awning. The draft beer is very good and my Teryaki Shrimp wrap was delicious. I wish I knew how to make this creamy teryaki sauce. It was covering large pieces of well prepared shrimp and served with nicely seasoned fries. This was a delicious lunch.

Jason was great! He was very attentive and went the extra mile for us. I went with my 3 kids (10 and under) and had a great lunch! My youngest loved her pizza and ate it all. She sent her compliments to the chef lol. My oldest loved her ribs. She said they were so good. I had a free bird chicken sandwich and it was really good. Unfortunately, my son didn’t like his steak.

Great food and the service was top notch. Outside seating which is comfortable with the fans going. Starter dishes were plentiful for a share before a full meal. Wheelchair access was good, live music and a full bar. Will be back again and again.

Had the opportunity to visit during the beginning of December so the strip was decorated beautifully. Hit it on a warm night and they were featuring a live saxophone player and singer. Our server was fantastic. (If I recall his name I'll edit this). Had a drink, appetizer and dinner. Took a recommendation from the server on appetizer and was not disappointed. Would definitely return. Great outdoor seating. Great menu. Definitely a fun birthday dinner out. #Pittsburgh
