The fried chicken is pretty solid! Usually I opt for the 16 piece chicken only and order one large side separately because a 16 piece with two large sides and biscuits will run you $54.00.

These guys are literally the slowest staff in all of fast food. They have no system and there wait time is lengthy as well as the line. Get it together!!!! Geez

While the chicken is good, the math on their app is broken. The total was correct when I checked out. I only caught the overcharge on my receipt. 3.99+3.99+8.99=16.97 not 20.36. I wonder how many other people fell victim to their buggy app/website.
