If the bugs would pitch in on part of the bill and not so much "come & go" traffic day n night im sure more people would visit.It sits at edge of the city and not much around besides traffic and more traffic.Not one of our nicer businesses in the area and I certainly hope there's none worse.Rates are compatible for area.Its not the worst or the best place for sure.But in these times there's really not much to choose from if any at all.Just minutes from downtown ZEPHYRHILLS.NOW I know why they say "WILL LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR YOU". LOL

Bed was like sleeping on stiff plywood. Considered sleeping on tile floor, probably would have been more comfortable. Mattress wasn't even same size as box spring. Burn holes in the comforter. Pillows were extremely flat.

This place is nasty room not bad but they got bed bugs every were,and one time I went to bed and woke up that I seen my floor was flooded every were from shower drain a and they would never move me plus try get my money back and they won't do after cleaning up it done it again for almost 4 days so I left and thanks a lot of waste of money there ,I'm sure they do this most of time to make money of rob people like that ...need Marshall specter to check the whole room. This is the worst Place I ever been.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions...The woman who runs the office is very nice and she always tries her best to make you happy. Cleanliness is the only thing I would improve on, but she is the only one to clean all the rooms. I think she deserves a little leeway. I just bring my own cleaning supplies and bedding. (I do this at any and all motels anyway). Give them a shot. I will be going back anytime I need a room.
