I been a dedicated Firestone customer for years, my brother has worked for the company almost as long. And I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This man was literally combative with me. I came in to get my rear driver's axle rod and bearing swapped out, and after being incredibly rude from literally the moment I walked in he tells me the only way he'll do the work is to replace the entire drive train front to back. Which for those who don't know is a way to say no to the job without actually saying no. So just be careful, people, and don't get taken for a ride. And most Firestones are fantastic businesses, so please don't let a bad experience here turn you off

This Firestone saved our day!!! Our SUV was burning oil on Christmas Eve as we were driving to Georgia. We googled for mechanics near us and this Firestone came up. We called and luckily they were still open. They greeted us when we arrived and put it up on the rack right away. Luckily it was a fairly easy fix. We are very thankful for the professionalism and friendliness of this Firestone!!! Thank you!!

Chris was amazing in his customer service. Willing to help get our car a/c recharged at the end of the day with an hour before closing. No hesitation and a smile as he worked us in so we could have a nice drive home to Nashville. Would recommend this establishment to anyone.
