It's very difficult to mess up an order of a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese on both sides. This store (and many other Dunkin Doughnuts) excel at making this order incorrectly.

If I could give a negative 5star review I would. The so-called manager at this location is a rude person, no, a very rude person!! She called my fiancé a B***h! When my fiancés drink was made to where it couldn't be drank. The manager was asked to remake it, she refused, when asked for a refund this so-called manager said that she didn’t know how to do refunds and told my fiancé that she was stuck with that drink, that’s when she called my fiancé a Bit**. After my fiancé responded to that, and started to leave, this manager came out of the store yelling at my fiancé to pull over into a parking spot “so they can settle this” all this time I was on the phone listening to this. My fiancé wears a Bluetooth earpiece and so do I, so we can talk while we’re driving. I told just to get the H out of there and I’d deal with. I’ve emailed Corporate about this and will also be contacting the individual that oversees this location

Consistently very slow service and always literally always out of basic supplies like I think I just heard them tell the lady in front of me they’re out of sugar and they told me they’re out of jelly….like jelly…everyone has jelly. Tilly has great customer service though.

My girlfriend and I stopped here off of a quick the store on the interstate. I was already hesitant because I don’t like making stops, but they stop at Dunkin took exceptionally long. It was 26 minutes before we were leaving. Which is a lot for a coffee and a croissant. The food wasn’t even that great and wasn’t even worth stopping and waiting 30 minutes for.
