Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, maintenance is incredibly fast and they know what they are doing! The real issue is that we live under college kids and it's not a great situation. Not only are they pretty loud in general, they are constantly throwing parties while blasting bass and stomping alongside it. They obviously don't care people live below them and it makes it hard to relax at what I would like to call home. There's a lot of college kids that live on site, and while there are a ton of great, friendly people living here as well, your experience may vary because of it.

I have had ants in my apartment in my apartment since the day I moved in. Called management and left message with no response. Left an e-mail with no response. I finally had to go into the office and let them know what was going on. I have to wait 5 days before the exterminator can come. This is not acceptable.

These apartments are very spacious with a gorgeous view. I’ve been very happy living here, until my roomates and I had an issue with an aggressive neighbor. The moment i felt unsafe and needed to take action, Katie Harmer, the Community Manager was there and helped me through the entire situation. She helped make things right and showed her professionalism through our scheduled meetings.
