I cannot believe the amount of disrespect from an elderly lady I had an appointment at 9:00 for my 3-year-old son to get a haircut we showed up 15 minutes late because of traffic there was a car accident on US 19 the lady when I got there completely told me that the 9:30 appointment was already there and it wasn't 9:30 yet but they were allowed to get a haircut before my son that had a 9:00 appointment So in other words they denied my 3-year-old son of haircut because he was 15 minutes late and they're 9:30 appointment came early the hairstyle is name is Kim she's rude

Pat is absolutely wonderful. I haven't found anyone that can cut curly hair. I have been going there for awhile and will always go to Pat for all my hair needs

If I could leave this review with zero stars I would of given it that, that's how disappointed and unsatisfied I am with the outcome of my hair and service. I was shopping in Walmart when I approached the counter for information about dyeing my hair. I was given a price and the women was very friendly. She answered my questions especially my concerns about the products because of my hair type 3A/3B and the way it would leave my hair feeling. I was pleased especially of the price. Weeks later (a few days before my wedding mind you) I book my appointment with the lady I spoke with. Go in, show her the picture of a color I once had and she starts. When we are done, she is trying to put all types of products into my hair but with 3A/3B hair, you just don't put anything in it. Plus, it's not the color I wanted but I was excited of what I thought was a good job, I pay for a special cream and go home. The moment I walked through the door my daughter asked if I had used boxed dye because you can still see all of my grays and I had patches that were missed. I call back, was told to go in the next day to fix my issue. The next day I call to speak with the manager and she states "I will be by the stylist side to make sure it done correctly" I am not upset during this whole ordeal, I just want my grays covered and the color I requested. I go in and sit down on the chair, manager walks up I show her the color but she is only worried about my grays (the only time she approaches us). The stylist starts, she talking about what she did wrong the day before and what she needs to do. I'm happy because I feel like my issue is going to be resolved and I should be happy with my outcome right......WRONG! I wanted to cry, my hair is an orange red color, not the honey/brown color I requested, it feels like straw and my curls are damaged! I tell her I'm unhappy and she tells me that the color will GROW ON ME!!!! TF it will, my wedding is in a couple of days and I can't reverse the damages! If you have 3A-4C hair this is not the place to go!
