First and foremost, customer service in a retail setting is a hard gig. People are quick to be mad and 1 ⭐️ over nonsense. That being said- we had FANTASTIC customer service. Jesse not only took time to help us understand the difference in the bike choices we were considering, but he shared a plethora of knowledge to help get us started. His patience, product knowledge, honesty, and information was greatly appreciated. We are loyal customers for life!

Today when I was riding around Hayden Lake my rear derailleur was giving me problems. So on my way home I stopped by the two wheeler dealer and the guys in the shop help me out right away, troubleshot and fixed the problem in no time and I was on my way again. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else, they are the best. And there are also always a couple of nice dogs in the shop. So visiting the two Wheeler dealer is always a great experience

Ill never buy another bike from these guys again. Spend 8k on an ebike. Sold it to privately and they where basically unwilling to help the new owner setup and register the bike. Where do you think he'll go to have the bike serviced? Im looking to buy a new enduro, guess ill purchase from another shop. Sorry if they felt i was taking business from them selling a bike privately, but they just lost business.

My husband and I have been thinking about purchasing bicycles for some time. We decided to go to Two Wheeler Dealer to see what they had. What a great experience from customer service, being greeted at the door by their sweet dog and the knowledge that the owners have of their products. We received great guidance as to what type of bike to purchase for our use. The fact that they have been in business for 31 years says a lot about the company and the owners. We have been riding our bikes everyday. This is our new go to place for all of our biking needs. We love our new bikes. Thanks for a great experience.
