Bought 2 expensive trees, was told the nursery would contact me with delivery details. No calls, so I called and left a message. No return call so i emailed. No reply so I called and called again. Got through and was told the guy who helped me was gone, but they were eager to complete my delivery. Said they'd call me with a date. No call. called them, left a message, no return call. Called them again and left a message, still no call. This has been my last month with Greenacres. Still don't have my trees. Update: they seem to be working on their issues and have been communicating better with me. I have upgraded my review (it was a single star) pending the final delivery.

Excellent selection, both varieties and sizes. Many larger B&B trees (balled and burlap). Friendly, helpful staff.

We live locally and have passed Greenacres Nursery hundreds of times. Today was our first day in there and we LOVED IT. We walked in and ran into one of the girls who works there who helped us and spent a good amount of time helping us find what we were looking for (and we had no idea what we needed lol). We will definitely be going back again to support our local businesses.

My first experience with Green Acres Nursery was excellent! I visited at a time when they were short-staffed but that didn’t stop the staff member I worked with from spending a considerable amount of time with me. She was very knowledgeable and very nice about my cluelessness. She showed me various options that fit our landscaping needs. I’ll definitely be back!
