I really like this place. They have most of my sizes, which is surprising because I am a taller person. It's really hard for me to find long sleeves that fit and they have them. Also, their customer service is really good.

I used to love Express. I was a bit disappointed it changed to a factory outlet store as you can't use the regular Express mail coupons and the selection is different.

I've shopped a lot here over the years. I would say that there are great times to shop here, but that depends on the combination of deals and style available. This is a Factory Outlet, not a main store. So the variety for men is not as wide. But for northtown mall, or just the north side of Spokane, it's hard to beat in the mature men shopping department in my experience/opinion.

I like their great fitting shirts which is why I chose to drive all the way from liberty lake to get a shirt for an event I was speaking at. However, as I was getting ready I realized that the employees never took off the security tag and I was unable to wear the shirt to the event. So now I have a good shirt with a security tag stuck to it. 🙄

Express Factory Outlet offers sizes ranging from 00-14 and XS – XL in women's and XS-XXL in Men's (Pant W28-38, L:30-34 and Jacket 36S-44L).
Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
