$1300 spent in Oct. My cousin got new tires and a tune up in Oct on her 2015 Honda. Our complex gets vandalized on 12/23 she buys 4 new tires and goes to another tire repair to install them. Firestone waa 2 pricey to buy a second set of brand new tires. The tire shop says they won’t touch the car because the lug nuts are on too tightly and they are breaking after trying to fix the first tire. Tire shop owner advised her to take the tires to Firestone and bring Lug nuts and have them put them on since they worked on the car last. She does that. The rude manager David tells her it’s not their fault and that even tho she brought her own tires and lug nuts he will not put them on unless she pays for FIRESTONE LUG NUTS and installation. There is no reason her lug nuts should be breaking after Firestone was the last to touch her 2015 Toyota Corolla. This is unfair and David is SUPER RUDE for a store manager I see why they have so many complaints in the last couple months.

I honestly hate that I got my new tires from here because this Firestone is the biggest inconvenience. They always open late, no matter what day it is. Then today I came in & there was 4 ppl waiting so I decided not get my tires rotated. & I just wanted them to run a diagnostic test. I waited over 20 min just for them to tell me they don’t have anyone there to run a test because the person was fired 3 weeks ago. Please just shut this location down!
