I had bought a travel trailer several months ago and then my life circumstances changed and I needed to sell it. I called around to several places, most were not buying or taking consignments. We took it to Highway Trailer Sales and the guy was not terribly friendly and offered me an insultingly low amount for it because he "didn't know how much work it would need". It had only been used 8 times and besides needing the sealant touched up was in absolutely pristine condition. He said "the refrigerator might not work and that's not cheap to fix or the awning might not work or be rotten". I asked him if he could please hook it up to electricity because I guaranteed everything was functioning. He said it would take 4 hours for the refrigerator to cool enough for him to tell if it was working and refused to hook it up. I could not take that big of a loss. I called Wagers and they said come on down, that they are definitely in the market for pre owned. They were so friendly and professional. They immediately hooked it up to electricity, without me having to ask, verified everything was working, which it was, just like I'd told the guy at Highway. They offered to consign it for me for several THOUSAND dollars more than the other guy. The process of filling out the paperwork was quick and painless. It's only been there a few weeks and I got the check for it today. I highly recommend Wagers and if I'm ever in a position to buy another trailer, it will be from them.

Where to start...I had broken a leaf spring hanger driving through Salem, Or and after the 5th call and hearing "we are booked", "don't have the time", or "we don't have the parts", I found Wagers! Vance said Ill squeeze you in to take a look first thing in the morning. Long story short, they not only fixed the broken hanger, but inspected the other 3 and found they were worn and broken as well. Replaced all 4 hangers on a busy Friday and we're very reasonable! Will support them as much as possible! Thanks again for helping my family get home safe!
