The cashier refused to make me a sandwich because she was ALONE and she said that she was not going to enter the kitchen to do other peoples job that if I wanted coffee and donuts she will serve me.

The worst Dunkin Donut's, whenever I go there they give me what they want and not what I ask for, apart from that they give it to me in a bad way and with rudeness, I will never go there again.

Easily the worst Dunkin. Drink consistency is non existent. One day it’s kinda right the next day it’s completely wrong (even without modifications). Staff isn’t welcoming. Gives you a feeling that they don’t want your business. Today the ice machine was broken. How does a National change have a broken ice machine for longer than an hour? That should be an non issue. I’ll tell you who doesn’t have a broken ice machine, Starbucks. That’s where I’m taking my business. I’ve given this Dunkin far too many chances 5 strikes and you’re out

Nevermind the fact that you will not be greeted and instead get grumpiness and attitude or the fact that once I ordered it took 25 minutes to get a small cup of coffee . What was so bothersome was the ignorance and lack of common decency of the woman (I didn't get her name, but she was the one that was 4 times the size of the petite cashier). While ordering an older gentleman had asked for a cup of water. The cashier responded saying it would cost 54 cents. I asked the cashier to add it to my order. I understood that there was a long line of people waiting to receive their drink items, but there was no one behind me who needed their order taken and I had asked the 10+ people waiting to receive their orders if it would be ok for the gentleman to get his cup of water before their order. EVERYONE responded saying no that they wouldn't mind. So what's the problem??? With attitude the woman responded saying he would have to wait. The cashier was standing doing nothing. You mean to tell me that she couldn't take 5 seconds to pour water into a cup and give it to the gentleman while standing there doing absolutely nothing? There was an exchange of words between the larger woman of the 2 and I.. the cashier ended up giving the gentleman the cup of water. You mean to tell me that you were going to have this man wait 25 minutes (because that's when I got my order) for a cup of water? The people waiting for their orders were also disturbed by the employees ignorance and many vocalized to me that their customer service was terrible and not even worth arguing with them as they too were not pleased with their service at this location.

Places in downtown typically have the bathroom for customers only and not public restrooms.
