I think that my case is worth writing it because I believe I’ll be helping the business to improve services and other people to be aware of what are the expectation of buying furniture. I have being waiting for the products to be delivered since early February, it’s June now, 2 times the furniture were delivered and they were broken and in another time it was canceled. When they finally arranged a delivery for Sunday for only some of the items I order I couldn’t contact them to reschedule. The day after, my husband tried to contacted them and he was horrible attended over the phone because we “were not at the location for the deliver”. I think City Furniture definitely needs to improve customer service and plus they need to do something about their system or working process because it is not working. Very unsatisfactory service plus I still don’t have the furniture I need in my home.

My father bought the Keyson Crib set for me and my baby. He’s an associate at city furniture (Arnaldo Solís). Everything came in on time and the whole process was very smooth and professional. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very attentive and knowledgeable on the product. I recommend city Furniture to friends and family and specially for them to see Arnaldo for any furniture needs they may have. I give city Furniture and Arnaldo five stars.
