Customer service is about as low as I've ever experienced, I checked in with the "cook" and he told me to go stand by the island and to stop bothering him. So I stood by the island for 15 minutes and a clerk walks up to me and asks what I'm doing. I explained that I had been waiting for 15 minutes and could be check on the order for me. He replied with a bad attitude asking if i even checked in or if I wasjust standing around for 15 minutes before he went to check on my food. I canceled the order and left after I told him I'm not going to put up with his attitude.

The only reason I'm writing this is in hope that someone from management reads this. I understand that this WaWa location is busy, with that being said there should be 30 min intervals for checking your bathroom for up keep and Cleanliness it is ridiculous how unsanitary and nasty it was to the point I simply walked out.

I have had a great experience every time and there's always lots of police officers when I have to go at 4:30/5am so I feel safe. plus they don't really decide to shift change at different times and shut the door and generally have the best gas price by a sent or two. only recommendation would be 3 pack deals for 305s and Id likely never go to the racetrac again after a smash and grab some I was trying to walk into the store on a Friday night at 6pm. Crazy but even a mile can make a difference on the level if homeless and those willing to make poor choices. There were officers on the side that night but it was the customers that took the kid down. wawa has my coffee loca monsters every time cheaper pastries that taste better than race trac since the vendor change. so wawa app it is.

I love to these places I stop when I see one but the service at this location is horrible. It also doesn't help when the girl making the food just drops the egg cover into the eggs and does not even bother to retrieve it just leaves it burns my burrito and the leaves it on the counter for someone else to wrap and says she's off to place her order. Management needs to be on top of this and not let it become the 7eleven down the street
