Staff were really friendly and price is super cheap but doesn't have any bars. I suppose I should have checked but it didn't occur to me that a massive gym wouldn't have basic equipment. Really let down to be honest.

I was considering going back after a couple years, but the comments reveal the staff are still un-friendly, and it could potentially be an uncomfortable environment, as I've noted in the past. The ownership is also passing off all the member comments to HIS employee, the Manager! Not an an honest Owner who respectfully thinks about who pays his bills.

I’ve had a planet fitness membership for a while, but while visiting this location the team member at the front counter was super rude. She called me back because I only have a $10 membership and this isn’t my home gym. She said she will “let me workout this time” but I need to go to my home gym or get a black card. I have never had an issue before and while I do understand that is the technical rule, she could have been so much nicer about it. I also had a friend with me who had a black card and she aggressively told my friend that I needed to be put under her membership as a guest if I wanted to come with her here as if I am not a paying member because I don’t have a black card. Yes, we are aware of these rules, but the way she talked to us was completely rude and if my friends weren’t here waiting for me, I would have left. Will never be back to this location.

So far it's a good gym. I don't feel judged like I did at the last one I tried. Easy to use equipment, videos to check if you need more info on any machine.
