I wish that I could given negative stars. I have been to this location many times before this was by fat the worst service I have ever received. The restaurant it self wasn't very clean the only had half of the lights on. Not friendly at all! I ordered the original chicken sandwich and asked for it fresh I stood there and watched them redrop a piece that was already cooked, natural it came out overcooked and damn near burnt. I we t up requested a new piece and all 3 people working said well that's how they are coming out, so you can keep it, no I want one that wasn't refried and hard as a rock after a few snide comments I got a new one that wasn't as burnt. The rest of my order was cold by time I sat back down with it. I told them that the oil needs to be changed and they said" that's not my job". The manager that was working could careless that he had an unsatisfied customer. I never received my receipt the cashier told me that she already threw it out. They were rude and have no business working with people! I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but from the moment we walked in to the time we left was horrible service.

Staff here was very rude. I love burger King but this location needs some new staff. Basically threw our bags at us. I took my mother and three nephews to grab some quick lunch and an ice cream cone, the guy said their ice cream machine was down and even went so far as to say the maint. Gut would be there Monday to fix it. Then when we pulled up to the window they were serving ice cream to someone at the counter. When he realized he'd been busted he sighed and said, so you still want the cones? We said yes, please! He then turned to the manager behind him and told her "you're making these 5 cones!" With a horrible attitude and walked away. Lol food was good but yeah not the best customer service.

I love the taste of there burgers but they can't get an order correct. It's one of those things you just have to accept. Before COVID they had really picked up there game. I'm sure the labor issue is the problem. The managers are really trying but the labor pool is really small right now so you just have to take what you can get.

This is one of the better Burger King chains in the area. The girl at the window during the morning shift provided good service and the food was fine. She may have been the manager; whoever she was she deserves 5 stars. I would eat here again anytime.
