Had to recook the pizza. They took a pepperoni and added cold ingredients to the middle only. Then, I realize it’s not even the pizza I ordered. The second pizza was also undercooked and tasted like raw dough. $50 later. Tried to call to answer ever…. I believe in second chances — so Tried again— even worse. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER. Nasty wet soup. Stop making pizza. Honestly. It’s disgusting what your serving. Added the wet pizza photo

I can not believe I am having to post a 1 star. Normally I never have a problem calling to order my pizza's. However, today I have been calling the Gulf to Bay Blvd. location for over an hour & nobody answers the phone. All it does is ring like 15 times, then just goes dead, then I hit redial again & again. Still no one answers the phone. They can't be so busy on a Wednesday that they are unable to answer the phone. Totally unacceptable....

Charged me for the ExtraMostBestest Pepepproni and gave me a basic cheese. Was closed by the time I noticed. **6 month update** Still haven’t gone back and don’t plan on it.

Horrible costumer service. I ordered extra most bestest and they gave me regular pepperoni after waiting for almost 1 hour. All they said if they run out of pepperoni. They didn’t want to take responsibility or do a refund.
