Our first time at this Restaurant. I can say is very different, elegant, good customer service, food is delicious. And they definitely make the best old fashion burben. Spectacular sunset view. 💯

Excellent place for a fine dinner, is an exquisite place with delicious food, servers are very attentive. It has a beautiful view to the gulf where you can eat while watching the sunset. The grouper over risotto and the snapper are great choices.

Sea-Guini is one of my favorite upscale restaurants for Italian and Seaford with giant floor to ceiling glass windows offering pretty views of the the ocean water and pool at Opal Sands Resort on Clearwater Beach! There is a mix of low top, high top, booth upscale seating. I loved all the wall art and decor which really help make the place feel upscale and nice! There is a big bubble separator wall that changes colors and looked really nice! There is a large wrap around bar with a brick oven for pizza that is usually offered. Usually the menu is 2 or 3 pages but sadly the menu has been scaled back to just 1 page of offerings. The menu was missing lots of entree, appetizer, and all Pizza options that were present on previous dining occasions at this Restuarant. The Coconut Mojito cocktail's sweet coconut and tangy mint was not the best combination although it sounded good. 6/10 The Strawberry Jalapeño margarita cocktail had a hint of sweet and a hint of spicy but was a bit too spicy for my liking 8/10 The Blood orange margarita cocktail had a bitter taste like a grapefruit, was refreshing and a bit tart without being too sweet. 7/10 The Watermelon martinis had watermelon slices hanging off the drink like I've never seen before. Watermelons don't offer a lot of flavor but it was a pretty pink drink. 8/10 The Avocado Crab Stack Appetizer was beautifully played and tasty with a nice tangy and sweet sauce. 10/10 The Squid Salad Appetizer is not for everyone. I'm not that big of a fan of squid personally but they gave a large portion of squid in this appetizer. 7/10 The Lobster bisque soup came out hot with a nice lobster & Sherry cream, had a great flavor, and even had some nice pieces of lobster! 10/10 The Chicken Penne alla vodka pasta came with a nice rich and creamy tomato sauce, fresh broccoli, heirloom tomatoes, & burrato with quite a large portion size. 8/10 The Pan seared local snapper came in a delicious roasted florida corn broth, with sweet local gulf shrimp, smoke house bacon, potato hash and roasted cauliflower. 10/10 The Citrus glazed local gulf grouper came with quite a unique combination of lemon-saffron risotto, sautéed baby spinach, pepperonata, and lemon burro. 10/10 The Porcini crusted diver scallops came with 3 large scallops on top of lump crab, wild mushroom risotto, crispy prosciutto, and truffle burro. 10/10 The Tiramisu dessert came in a large clear glass bowl with espresso-soaked savoiardi lady fingers, mascarpone cheese, coffee liqueur, cocoa powder, fresh raspberry, and shaved chocolate. 9/10 The kids get a coloring book with crayons titled "Kids are King at Opal Sands Resort" with a huge Sand Castle on it. The kids menu includes mini burgers, chicken tenders, Pizza, grilled cheese triangles, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken breast, Mac & Cheese, Gelato, and brownie sundae. Service was pretty quick and friendly. I hope management can bring back their full 2-3 page menu and bring back the pizza offerings for adults and not just the kids! If you're looking for an upscale spot to have nice Italian and seafood on Clearwater Beach, I highly recommend checking out Sea-Guini!

We arrived without a reservation were told a 1½ wait but it was more like 20 min. Seated quickly, and greeted by the lovely staff and got water and bread quite quickly. The employees of this establishment are very happy and are good at what they do. The meal was phenomenal, they do very well with people that have allergies to certain foods and really took good care of us. The smoked old fashioned is really nice presentation and delicious. Will be back again!
