This bank has the best customer service I have ever witnessed at a bank. They are patient kind and know how to treat a customer. I don't know it's their policies or their hiring manager but I have never got a bad vibe from this place. And I have used a lot of different banks in my day. Are very professional Also they take the time to explain things to you. I would suggest this bank to my friends and family. Also the lobby is open now. They even offered me a muffin some cookies and there was some other Loot. There is no charge when you take money out of different ATM they will pay you back! Full 5 star outfit

Happy with this bank. Welcoming staff thats always friendly when you come in. Wait time is minimal as they tend to have most windowd open.

You can opt your account into paperless statements right on your online banking! On the full website, there is a tab for "eStatements" towards the top of the page. You will need to accept the terms and conditions and then you will be able to enroll your accounts in eStatements.
Bangor Savings Bank partners with PopMoney which will allow you to transfer funds from your account to another person. You also can use BillPay for this service as well.
