Hmm I would have did one of those survey things but they never gave me a receipt. I got the famous bowl, like I usually do, but not from this area. My chicken I got in the bowl was hard and from the look of them, old. This is the second time Iv gone to this location and have not been happy. Maybe next time guys

I ordered online and went to the store for pickup. They were not busy except for 1 other order and somehow they got everything in my order incorrect. I called them and returned the chicken to the store and they wouldn't give me a refund or a store credit because I paid online. They took the food back and after trying to reach someone on the app for 3 days it looks like I may have to contest the charge through my bank. I'm not impressed by the smell and cleanliness of the restaurant and am surprised the health inspector hasn't shut them down for mold. It's visible by the soda machine and ice machine. Never again.

Had a very disappointing experience. I really thought that everything was made fresh. I have a house full of hungry teen boys. Go to place an order at 8pm. Get a message back that they have to cancel the order because they can't fill it because they have to parcel out their chicken for other customers that might show up before close. I ordered two buckets and sides, plus drinks and cookies. It was almost $100 bill. They lost my business. I found a better place. Very sad KFC. Very sad

Staff: No clue. Manager not leading staff and appeared to not care less. Confused the online order . Food ( term used loosely). THE WORST KFC I’ve ever seen. It was pitiful. Biscuits were stale and dry. Chicken was greasy, overcooked and barely warm. Definitely chicken had been sitting out and was served to us instead of fresh. There should be a zero star option. Other previous orders there also mixed up. We looked at other reviews for this store and it’s about 10 to 1 negative. Is there no oversight at all by corporate? Is this the word of mouth they want for the company? They should be mortified.. No exaggeration. KFC has really gone downhill in recent years. The health department should look this place over. We will never go back. There was an odor and the place is dumpy in our opinion. John and Deborah ( Former customers).
