A medical facility is 1 star or 5 stars. Nothing in between. If you go there, get accepted fast, people are nice, room is clean, but you do not get the healing you look for, then this is a waste of time and money. It can not be 3 or 4 stars. It is a straight 1. So full package or it does not work. They do not have the full package, so one star

This is one of the worst medical facilities I have ever been to. I had a primary care doctor who prescribed me a medication that I had an adverse affect to. When I went to try and see her about the issue I was told she was gone for 3 weeks and scheduled for a walk in visit. I was asked to come back 4 more times and saw 4 different doctors for each visit. They each prescribed me a different medication and did not communicate with one another often speaking poorly of the prior doctor I had seen. It was the worst quality care I have ever received. I have now found another provider who has taken me off of all the medications they prescribed and found the actual cause of my medical issue.

The hip young dude doctor was super friendly. He even talked to me about tattoos and anime! Then, he said there's no way I have a kidney stone. If I had a kidney stone, I would be rolling around on the floor in pain. Not talking to him about tattoos and anime. He suggested I stop smoking weed for 6 months and see where I'm at. The next day I passed a kidney stone.

I want to love you, because the staff I have dealt directly with prior to this incident have been nothing but professional, competent and kind. BUT, I paid 120 for a COVID Test so I could travel to Canada. Unfortunately, I did not receive the call with my negative results within the 72 hour period that is necessary to travel. I am not only out the 120, but the nonrefundable 500 for the hotel and a trip with friends I have known for over 50 years. When I was finally able to make contact with your facility they lied and stated a call was made which there is no evidence of on my "in" box. Shame on you.
