I went here knowing exactly what I wanted and knowing that they had seven in stock after checking online. Turns out the item was on a top shelf in back stock. It took me 55 minutes to get somebody to help me get that item. I had to ask three different people a total of four times. The overall experience was pretty weak.

Lowe’s delivery service was not optimal. I had to drive up in person to talk with someone. I was on hold for 40 minutes and showed them my phone. The manager apologized, and I got help right away once I arrived in person. Maybe work on the phone service for customers?

Love shopping at Lowe's. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, they have everything a DIYer could need and it's just a great place especially the garden department. 🌱❤️
