Wait staff was great and helpful. My friends had the salad bar and then loved it. I had a delicious honey bourbon chicken with 2 sides. The aroma it gave off smelled so wonderful everyone in the restaurant was looking at my plate. It was some of the best chicken I ever had.

Easy parking. No waiting. Matthew was our server and was very pleasant. The salad bar was fresh and good, but the coconut shrimp were greasy and the boneless chicken wings were tough and a bit stringy. The chairs had some type of food or drink rings, so I wiped them off. The floor had an old French fry, some pasta and a piece of broccoli, so were had to be careful where we placed our feet. We'll try again, hoping for better results in the future.

Well, where to start. The waitress was friendly and the service was good. The only reason for the extra star was cause she was good. We ordered a few drinks and they messed up the long island. My girlfriend's chicken parmesan on penne pasta was dry. Look at the pics. The sauce was decent. I ordered the special steak and side for $10. Thought it couldn't go wrong, but I was wrong. All the portions were ration sized for the price. I mean they could have put my steak and potatoes on a smaller plate to make it look bigger. Got medium instead of medium rare. A good steak doesn't need steak sauce, but this definitely did. Not a big fan of food chain restaurants and this kinda reminds me why.

Tonight’s choice if dining was an excellent. The Crossville Ruby Tuesdays staff and management were super nice and accommodating. The food was great and well done. Our waiter, Carson, did a fantastic job of taking care of us. He took the picture below for us. We even had a very sweet family pay our bill for us, quite unexpectedly. Thank you all for adding such warmth to our hearts, our tummies and our vacation.
