Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered online our usual (3 Fried House Zalads) and got a freebie chicken finger plate tonight. It was ready when we got there and everything was very tasty.

Zaxby's used to be our fave place to go out for supper. But over the last year or so the quality seems to have gone down hill. The boneless wings usually have 1 or 2 wings that are 'chewy' or fatty. Zalads are in new eco-friendly packaging (while the chicken and other dishes are still in the black plastic), and while I am all for eco-friendly, it gives a distinct cardboard taste to the salad. Fries are hit and miss. Price is more expensive than a lot of other fast food places, but we were willing to pay for the better quality. But now quality is not as great, so we tend to not go very often.

The service was very pleasant and the food was hot and correct! The minutemaid limeade was perfect! The bread was exceptional and the chicken was perfectly breaded. Not one bad word for thos restaurant yet!

When you ask for bbq boneless wings and they only cover half the wings it gets really aggravating. This is like the fifth time this has happened. It continues to happen even after I politely told them about it.
