Was terminated because I informed them I was uncomfortable taking a call before I even took it, was forced to take it anyways, and then they pulled me on it for coaching. In the coaching I said I apologized and I admitted to not being comfortable with the situation and feeling I’ll equipped. Was fired 2 days after this interaction. They threatened to fire me when I had positive tested for COVID and truly do not care about their employees but hey it’s the state right? 🤷🏾‍♀️

I have been a supervisor for many years and the conduct I witnessed from other senior staff was baffling. Multiple employee's medical documents were shared by senior staff members to the senior staff group chat in direct violation of HIIPA. If you spoke up about this, administrators would ignore the communication and you would be isolated by all senior staff and labeled as problematic. I couldn't spend another day there.

This place is a JOKE!! They dont answer your questions and they want to you to drop EVERYTHING in your life for them including your children and family!! They suck you in with the pay but the hassel is not worth it. i wouldnt even give this place a star if i had a choice
