I ordered flowers for my mother in law for her birthday. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. She was so tickled with them. Delivery was spot on. Will definitely be ordering from you guys again.

I was really disappointed in the delivery for this order. My son who's deployed in the middle east ordered flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day. I received them on the Thursday after Mothers Day. I understand that Mothers Day is a busy time but, the delivery time was terrible. It's hard enough spending Mothers Day without a loved one and this didn't help. When the flowers did arrive they were in a really cute pitcher. Problem is there is a blank spot with only some greenery on the back side, so it's not very pretty sitting on an island.

I called on Valentine’s Day knowing that it was short notice and was appalled at the service I received. 39 years on earth I have never been treated with such disrespect and disgust. I understand being busy and stressed believe me but the woman on the phone was horrid. I am a service member separated from my wife of 20 years, my high school sweet heart, mother of my children. Did not have a good experience. We ordered an arrangement for $140 total ($6 delivery fee). When I saw the arrangement I was so disappointed. I could have purchased the same arrangement at Safeway for $40. It was a nice vase, but certainly not worth $90 dollars. I was embarrassed for my coworkers who all chipped in money to make sure she received something over the top and would let the recipient know that we loved her. When calling to express our concern, we were treated rudely and not accommodated in any way. Certainly not the way to run a business. I normally don't comment on social media but this constitutes a response. I'm sure this won't affect her business because she's the only one in town, but buyers beware!
