Edited 4 Months Later: They have new owners. The food quality has gone severely downhill, the prices are way higher, wait times even worse. My delivery driver( who looked like she was strung out on drugs ) had to start her car by blowing into some device. Enough said! Never ordering from here again! It’s such a shame this place used to be so good.

Ready, Set, Eat! Plenty of food, cooked to optimum flavor 😋 👌 When I want to treat others and myself, this is my go to for dining. The yum, yum cuisine and great service justifies the cost...gladly.

The food is great, the customer service is great. The atmosphere is nice and clean. My son loves their pizza and their cheese sticks. I like their steak and cheese with fries.. my hubby loves the meatball subs.

I saw one of the employees eating my fiance's brother's fries before serving them...are you serious. absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. Probably never coming back and i do not recommend ordering from there unless you want your food eaten by employees or made wrong.

The site always appears to be 'temporarily down for maintenance'. Kind of like they are 'forcing' you to calling the order so they can rip you off when you want extras. I have been on their no delivery blacklist for refusing to pay for an order where I was charged for extras that obviously where not included as ordered. Save money, buy freezer foods or whatever for those late night munchies. Also the quality of their food is generally dismal.

I have been blacklisted for refusing to pay for a delivery that did not include the extras ordered for. Site not working because they want you to be ripped off for calling in orders.
Online ordering is still there. The only things that changed is we no longer offer seafood, and we now offer small gluten free pizza at the same price as our traditional small pizza.
I doubt that the owner even realizes there are delivery issues abroad. Honestly I think they really don't care
Waterville house of pizza prefers the employees to have a license and a car with valid insurance just in case the store is busy and they need to send you out on delivery
