It's awesome to come into a place and feel welcome, Leslie does such a great job. I've lived in this area all 40 years of my life and I enjoy swapping stories of the past with Craig Allen. It's consistent and fairly quick. I feel great everytime I leave this place 👍👍

It was my first visit but I never even made it back to get treatment thanks to the receptionist. She acted like she would rather be doing anything in the world other than talking to me while at the same time telling me I wouldn't even be seen without signing up for some type of treatment plan, before any doctor so much as said hi to me. She was very rude throughout the whole interaction. If she is any type of representation of how the doctors are, I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

Personally I really enjoy coming to this location. The doctor, from what I was told, is one of the only doctors in the joint system that does the y strap, which is one of the things I look forward to the most! He is very straight forward and fast, but very informative and nice! I really enjoy every experience I have here (:

I've been to this location twice and both times I left really unsatisfied with my experience. This time, however, I was so off put that I have to write a review. The adjustment itself is fine and I left feeling better than when I came in, but it wasn't worth dealing with the staff. There are better chiropractors that charge like $10 more a visit and actually LISTEN to their patients. The receptionist didn't acknowledge me when I came in and acted like she wanted to do anything else than talk to me about getting into an appointment. When I finally went back there- which in fairness did not take any time at all and i was in excruciating pain- the doctor refused to listen to me and then talked over me any time I try to say something. I've worked with chiropractors for years. I am a body worker and work with clients/patients that have chronic pain. The doctors bedside manner was so off putting! I don't want to make this review longer than it needs to be, but I encourage your doctors to LISTEN to their patients and not talk over them just so they can try to sell them a package. Honestly, I came in ready to buy a package and within five minutes- before i even went back there- I started to question that decision and within SECONDS of seeing the doctor- WHO WAS NOT WEARING A MASK!- I knew that it wasn't worth the investment. I will NEVER come back to any Joint location. If anything I'm grateful for this experience because it taught me how important it is to invest in quality care and better helped me have empathy and patience for the people I see in my practice. Come here if you're looking for a cheap and quick adjustment but there are so many better chiropractors out there that charge the same price range and actually LISTEN and care about their patients.
