I was actually Leary of taking my ring appraised at $20,000 here but thought I’d check it out since it was the closest one to me. I know this mall is not great but let me tell you, Monica at this Zales took better care of me than anyone I’ve ever gone to. I had 2 loose diamonds and she went over and above to show me the precautions she was taking to have my ring sent in for repair: she showed us the imperfections that each diamond has and what they would look for when it comes back in. She marked imperfections and took pictures so they could recognize them upon return. She showed me, which no other store has, the CERT# Engraved on my band as another way to see it’s mine when returned. Bonus that she PRAYED over the care and work that would be done. I’ll never go anywhere else as long as she works there! She’s an angel and not bc I have this material possession that I put in their hands but because she cared, was so professional and made me feel like my ring was important to her too. She made me watch as she put it Into the UPS box and into the safe. above and beyond! Zales has THE best employee ever with her!

Wow! The staff sure knows how to untangle a chain. I was amazed. The store was tidy. The career women are cheerful and helpful when you walk in the store. They do not make you feel like you do not belong. It was a blessing to be treated equally in this world for once. Thank you beautiful Queens for everything. Thank you for your time. Hubby and I go every 6 months to get our rings inspected and cleaned due to our warranty. We were also helped by Thea Navaja, because we looked at a couple of rings. The customer service was great.
