The doctor is wonderful 5 stars but good luck getting an appointment. The staff on the other hand are rude. When you try to call for an appointment you get hung up on multiple times if you can even get someone to pick up the phone in the first place. I stood in office after seeing dr Martinez for 45 minutes just trying to make a follow up appointment for my dogs ear infection. I now, after calling for two weeks and getting hung up on and calls not returned, will now have to wait 2 more weeks for my dog to be seen at all.

My mother won't stop talking about the amazing experience they got from Carlos! He went Above and Beyond to help their little Maltese when she needed major dental work. He spent extra time to go over everything because he truly cares, and it was an affordable price. Thank you Carlos for taking good care of Kiwi!!!

This is hands down the best most affordable vet around. They fixed my kitten Teddy's broken leg 100% for a reasonable cost and the aftercare is tops. Because of the level of service they provide and their reasonable pricing they are extremely busy so be patient. I highly recommend this vet.

I had an appointment for my my 3 large dogs. My appointment was at 230. I arrived at 215 and checked in. At 345 after seeing multiple people check in. I went back inside where the receptionist was super rude. She acted like me waiting outside for over an hour was ok. She then told me that all the other people had appointments as well. But if those people had appointments after me then why were they able to check in and check out before anyone even seen my dogs? Then I go inside to pay and she then proceeded to tell me I should not slam there door it wakes rude. This experience was horrible. That receptionist should be fired. For her I don’t care attitude I would not recommend anyone go there till they get rid of miss attitude. Worst customer service ever. However the animal staff is excellent and truly care about your pets

It really surprises me because it is a place that without being expensive the service is really good I think that as everywhere there is always a little dark rice but you should share your bad experience with someone so that next time they will be kinder a minute not long ago difference and if it can make a good impression
They prefer appointments, but have always managed to fit us in.
They close @ 6pm, but you can call for an emergency. If they cannot handle I feel fairly certain they can refer you to ER Vet in area!!
Sometimes they take them, sometimes they don't. You would have to call and ask.
I asked about that not too long ago, they referred me to a office in lake Wales, which will do it with laser.
