I live in this mobile home park. Been here for 12years. Nice people as neighbors. Buy your own house and rent property you live on. Very convenient to stores like Fred Meyers and many fast food restaurants. Close to the new bypass

With garbage and water mine runs around $550. I believe the base is $495. It goes up but not every year.
What's not my lot however I've stayed there with my friend and I'm sure there'll be no problem the manager that runs to park there's a really nice guy and you just need to talk to him he's going to be in the office over there around 9 in the morning and I'm pretty sure he can help you out with any questions or concerns that you need otherwise have a nice day
