The entire ordering process is a joke. When you ask for coffee, they ask you how many sugars and how many creams you want in it? Are you trying to save money by not placing cream and sugar where the customers can get it? It slows the ordering process considerably. After going through all of that, the coffee wasn't that good any way! The donut was from the day before and dry. I should have gone to Duck Donuts instead

DO NOT GO HERE. Came in today to grab an ice coffee and a dozen donuts and the cashier RAQUEL thought it would be okay to ignore my whole entire order and speak to the jerk behind me from Paisanos. He was super loud and instead of taking my order she kept getting distracted. The customer service sucks, donuts were stale and ice coffee was so nasty. I would never come back here again. Dunkin needs to hire better employees becaus RAQUEL was so confused and just paying more attention to the guy yelling his order behind me. Disgusted.

This store doesn't always have enough donuts in stock. This week was really terrible! The manager was extremely rude to a customer who ordered five dozen donuts (told him he needed to place order in advance and had him wait for a long time at the other end of the store while complaining about him to other customers). I asked her to finish up his order before working on mine; she did but then didn't want to let this customer know his five dozen donuts were ready (I ended up telling him myself when I was leaving). I am going to start going to the Kingstowne Dunkin in Manchester Lakes instead since it has a larger inventory and the people are always friendly there.

I wanted to send a quick note of appreciation on your Lorton location. Ever since your manager Z arrived, the whole restaurant has improved ALOT. It’s always so clean now and everyone is so fast and super friendly. Z goes out of her way to say hi to everyone coming in and is always smiling. She really knows how to make someone’s morning go better. Her staff is also so nice and will go out of their way for their customers. Just wanted to say thank you !
