*****UPDATE****** 02-10-2021***** ONCE AGAIN!!! Service beyond expectations, during these uncertain times my preparer was able to get the maximum for me and my dependents and let me tell you after being on lockdown and having made less money than I was used too it was reassuring that this team of professionals have my best interest and will always be fighting for my tax refund!!! ************************************************************************* Ahem..... what can I say that hasn’t already been proven by the quality of service and my return to this company every year. This is my first year with Gateway and I must say they are quick, respectful, they have patience and they walk you thru everything. I told my preparer Sarisha I needed a no interest loan and I gave her my documents, she finished my taxes and I signed to get a loan I left Gateway, I got on the freeway and not even 10 minutes my preparer called me to tell me I was approved for 300 dollars. I was shocked at how fast the loan took to get approved. So I say if your broke and want fast service and have any questions Gateway is the place to file. Omg!! I love this Place! Gateway taxes on Avalon nyiesha Handy is the best she has been my tax provider For years! She's patient, understanding, respectful all the time! She always has a smile on her face! And makes me feel so comfortable! Even when I give her Hell Sometimes! She does my refund in a timely manner! She goes through everything with me step by step! She leaves me with no question unanswered! Nyiesha always reassures me she has this all under control I don't have to worried so far over the years I have not been disappointed.
