Going through the drive threw first off couldn’t hear the lady cause employees joking in the background. Then the lady was rude when I had to repeat myself cause she didn’t get it the first time. And to top it all off get home no meat on both burgers. I don’t understand how you can screw that up

What a sad experience 😢 first I thought the steak big breakfast included pancakes like the regular big breakfast. So this part was my fault, but I still wanted it. It took 10 minutes for them to make the order and when they handed it to me it was sideways and not laying flat.. everything ended up in one corner and it looked like trash. I just wanted my money back because of the poor service and quality of the breakfast. Didn't get a pic this time.

This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. It is horribly mismanaged. Every order takes at least 20-25 minutes. The amount of times I’ve heard “can you please park over there and wait” is insane. $5 meal and 25 minute wait is not worth it. (This is more than once). Their drive thru operators are clueless. I understand that it’s an entry level gig but at least put a little effort in. They need to scrap management and hire someone to get that place in shape.

Absolutely horrible. I wouldn't even give it a star. Went there Sunday little before 11. Ordered food did not get a receipt. Waited 45 minutes in there. When I got home I was missing fries and my bottle of water that I paid for. Food was cold and taste old. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
