I just went in for a live scan and while getting fingerprinted I tell Andrew I need a copy of my fingerprints. He says ok. After we sit down and I get charged I asked where are my fingerprint? He tells me he didn’t hear me say that (even though he acknowledged my request.) Then he said the way I said it was confusing and that’s not how they refer to it. But I can definitely pay an extra 25$ for it. Watch out for the snakes, especially during these times people. I understand miscommunication happens, but when the professional blame the customer because he(Andrew) wasn’t paying attention to what was being asked but decided to acknowledge it with a response. That’s what I have a problem with. Instead of trying to blame the customer for your mistake try to resolve the problem in the best way possible. I never wrote reviews and I’m all about positive vibes but people need to turn away from this place.

Andrew is great called 5 mins before they closed and Andrew waited for me after closing to do live scan.Great customer service.
