The pool was clean and staffed well. The water was just right for lap swimming and I used the warm pool area to do stretching and physical therapy exercises. It was a great way to do non weight bearing exercises. Definitely recommend! Update: I've been swimming for about 4 months now and lost 20+ lbs. I have definitely increased my Cardio as well. Start swimming everyone! Update #2- The Lebanon pool does a great job of staffing and keeping everything clean for users. There are lap swim hours that are flexible to get 90% of people through out the day. Numerous group exercises for those people that like that. Go visit and get in the water! Update #3- I can't think of any reason why people aren't using the pool more. If you have joint issues and are tired of hitting the treadmill you really need to try lap swim or the exercise classes they have. The warm pool might be the right fit for you too. Easy on the body. I usually swim for 30-40 minutes and feel great afterwards. Tired yes, but with no aches. Try it out!

Wonderful pool. Great staff. Very reasonable admission fee. Clean and well maintained changing room and showers. Lifeguards are alert and enforce the rules in a mannerly way.

The staff is friendly and the water is enjoyable. The warm pool is unique and very pleasant, but I wish their hours for evening lap swim were earlier because 8:30-9:30pm is very late. Overall, it is still a nice pool.
