Went in today for oil change and tire rotation. No appointment they took me in no problem. Went to pick truck up and and was disappointed price was almost 100.00 more for same service as last time. Inflation I guess? Looking at invoice prior to paying they charged me 2.99 to top off washer fluid. Didn’t ask to top it off! 2.99 not worth the hassle, I just paid it. Before walk out to get truck I ask service writer if they truly rotated the tires and he assured me they did. My reason for questioning it was front wheels still had a large amount of brake dust I could see from a distance. Sure enough I walk to truck a rear wheels were cleaned. Got manger and he agreed they couldn’t had rotated the tires. He offered my money back or to take it back and get it corrected. They did rotate the tires and got me out the quickly. Sad thing is this is the second time I caught the charging for service and not doing the work. Watch them boys in Burleson

I purchased my 21' F150 Platinum here. They never bothered to let me know my new plates were in. My first service will require TWO appointments to complete. And a three and a half hour wait for a tire will require a second appointment. (At another dealership because I'll never waist my days here again.) Update: On my way home I notice they didn't reset Oil Life. Now I gotta have the whole service done at another location because I have NO FAITH THEY ACTUALLY DID ANY OF THE SERVICE.

Cx service is horrible after you buy a car. Been trying for months to get a loaner vehicle while they fix a factory recall but they are always loaned out conveniently.
