Do not rent here. Way over priced. "amenities" constantly broken. They have breached my contract, as well as 22 other residents i have had confirmed interviews with at a specific firm, so to say. Still waiting to hear back on another ~50 residents. They dont remove people who park in PAID parking spots that are not theirs. You will live with cockroaches, their pest control is completely, entirely, absolutely incompetent. Same as their maintenance team. Same as their management. They have no clue how to be professional. They are also illegally employing services. The absolute only way these apartments would be worth all the bs, would be a price range from $500-$1200. Not the 1100-3200 they advertise. Go to literally any other apartment complex. Buy a house. Just absolutely dont rent here.

Just moved in yesterday and truthfully I dont know why they have so many bad reviews 🤷🏾‍♂️. I spoke to Ulyssa in the office who was as nice as could be and Daisy was MORE THAN helpful during my application process! They gave me updates, next steps, and never got rude so I definitely dont know where that would be coming from! Hell when I walked into my unit for the first time there was a “Welcome Home” Package waiting for me! I’ve never had that in any complex I’ve lived in! I would give them 5 stars all around so far 🙏🏾

When it was time to move into my apartment, it was living hell. The microwave was broken, paint splatter everywhere, the stove was unusable because it was missing parts. There was obvious mold coming out of the vents. There were pest problems. Mislabel power outlets, etc. The list is endless. initial presentation of everything is amazing; The model is about the most amazing apartment ever and the amenities are great as well. This place Reminds me of the principles office in middle school. Read the reviews before you sign your lease. The only good thing about these units are the location. Everything else is dog water, especially the staff. I got a complaint about music by the courtesy officer showing up to my door threatening me with fines when I didn’t even have my music on. Apparently I can put in a complaint and have someone suffer the consequences without the apartment complex verifying the complaint. Parking is horrible. Indoor court is dirtier than any outdoor court I have ever been on. Can’t wait for this lease to be over or better yet management. How about you all let me out of my lease and we both can get rid of our problems. LOL LMK
