I’ve lived here for a total of 5 years… I can say the best part about this place is Dawn the leasing Manager and Slavic who is head of the Maintenance department. I’ll start with my experience with Dawn… she’s extremely helpful friendly and professional, you can tell she cares that you’re happy, she knows everyone by there name and will go out of her way to help you… it’s nice when you deal with some who you can tell truly cares… if there has ever been a problem she’s always there to talk to you, I’ve never not been able to get in touch with her… Slavic is first off a great at his job! He’s is always there to help! I had problems with my windows staying open once called, he was there within 15 minutes problem solved! That man is always out there working! Between the two of them, they will literally go out of there way to help you! I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Those two make that place perfect! So if you’re looking for a place to live and had bad experiences at other complexes like me, look no further! Go in meet her and him and you’ll see exactly what I mean! 10 out of 10 because of those two!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dawn! She is knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Dawn took our concerns seriously and assured us we would love living here and we do! We highly recommend that anyone looking for an apartment to give Dawn a call.

My boyfriend and I have been here for a little over a year now and we absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly. Lots of families and children around. The apartments are well updated and the balcony is a wonderful bonus. The maintenance are great to answer calls quickly. The management is a delight to deal with, especially Dawn. ugh, I miss living here! I wish randolph wasn’t in the boondocks lol this was my fav apartment yet! I move around nj for work so I basically move every year or two. I lived in this apartment for a little over a year and never had any issues. I lost power here more than any other place I lived in but That’s a town/nj electric issue. dawn was so great to me, my apartment was right above the leasing office so when the office closed I never had to worry about noise. when I was out of the country for a few weeks she was also kind enough to check on the apartment for me, what a doll. Pool is great and well maintained, snow removal is quick. I was so sad to move. Highly recommend!Thank you for the kind words Lili. We miss you at Canfield Mews! Hope you are having a nice summer.
