Place looks like trash. Doesn’t look like they’ve trimmed and bushes around the property. Went there to check out a unit. Office people were rude and almost belittling. Saw one unit and the paper work for what is you responsibility. Said no thanks. Sense when is a apartment owner in charge of the furnace filter. Or garage disposal. Never in my life. And they don’t have a washer and dryer hook up. Go somewhere else believe me. You’ll see how trashy it looks on the property when you check it out.

Garbage high priced for the area. Not to mention all the trash laying around the apartments they never care to pick up. For the same price you could have a nice place in Carmel or Noblesville, have your own washer and dryer in the unit, and not be in a crime riddled area. There has been a murder here and a old lady got her purse snatched. You could be waiting 2 weeks for some maintenance issue. Seems like all they care about is the money. I have family that stay here and I asked about getting a place but they advised me not to. Also heard office people are Sleazy, don’t really care about the people just money. They’ll lock the office door sometimes when there’s a major issue like no water or heat just so they don’t have to answer questions. You can tell there even more fake cause my uncle saw the reviews on here and the owner, Eugene Korsunsky wrote a review about how great the Jeffersonian apartments service was on finding him a apartment. He doesn’t even live here. It’s owned by Intempus realty in California where he lives from what there website said. Definitely haven’t seen him here in this run down shack of apartments. So that’s a clearly a fake review. Don’t move here. There’s much better places.

I have lived at the Jeffersonian Apts for a few years now the staff has always been very kind and work really hard on any issues that I have had. Now the Jeffersonian has a new manager and new maintenance man.I so pleased with all there hard work to keep the community up to par and clean .But most of all I want to thank Susan and Sara for all there hard work and most of all caring for the residence at the Jeffersonian Apartments.
