I have been to a few places in Carmel for Pho/viet food, but this is by far the best. The pho broth is amazing. I ordered the com (rice) with pork chop and egg. So good! I could eat two of them. Also, ask for the viet ice coffee experience. You can watch the coffee phin drip at your table! If you’ve never experienced it, it’s quite cool.

Pho beef noodle with basil! With each bite I was back in Vietnam and Cambodia ! Add the basil and bean sprouts served on the side! So delicious! Pad kra prow is the yummy beef in basil with beans and bell pepper!

Best fried rice and Pho in Indy area. Ive tried almost every Vietnamese restaurant and this is my go to. Never disappointed. Servings are always well proportioned.
